PRICING POLICY EXPECTATIONS & BOUNDARIES

💜 My pricing reflects:

• genetic testing

• veterinary care

• nutrition & supplement program

• daily enrichment

• housing

• cleanliness and safety

• hands-on care and socialization.

 

Please do not ask for a lower price, discount, special exception, or “deal.” Prices are set and are not negotiable.

As a licensed Pennsylvania kennel and business, I am legally required to charge 6% PA sales tax on the taxable portion of each sale.

 

It does not matter whether you pay:

• cash

• card

• Venmo

• PayPal

• or any other method

Sales tax still applies.

 

I cannot — and will not — waive taxes. It is illegal in the state of Pennsylvania.

Do not offer more money to:

• move ahead of other families

• secure a specific puppy early

• change your position on the list

• “reserve” a puppy outside of the established process

This is unethical, unfair, and not something I will ever allow in my program.

 

All families receive equal and consistent opportunities based on the placement rules I use for every litter.

I can show real costs that go directly back into my dogs, including:

• full genetic testing for every breeding dog

• veterinary care (routine + emergency)

• high-quality food, supplements, and wellness products

• whelping supplies, cleaning products, equipment

• housing, heat sources, sanitation, bedding, enrichment

 

Ethical, responsible breeding is extremely expensive.

 

In many cases, I do not “profit” from a litter — I reinvest into care, quality, and health.
